My experience with the Shop app used for tracking was poor. I ended up having to reach out to your customer service numerous times about my order's status. I would look into different tracking apps if I were you. The app would tell me if my order was confirmed, shipped or delivered and nothing more. I wasn't ever able to know where the order ended up, no dates were given in terms of WHEN it was shipped, and overall found the simple "I could have told you that" status's as frustrating.
